I have had the Sims 4 for years and 6 months ago the Origin was in offline mode even though my computer was connected to internet. Ever since then Origin was in offline mode and when I try to load up the game I get an initialization error. Please help me I've been trying to play for 6 months and The Sims 4 is my favorite game. 😭😭😭😭😭

Was this after an origin update? If so you can probably just change it back to online mode.

Click Origin

Click Go Online.
