some of the items are unlocked by the style influencer career.
Not sure which ones at which level though.
Maybe someone else knows the details.

thanks thats why 
I can`t get the trims on half round flat roof, it`s only go on the half like the photo are showing
Is it not supposed to go on round flat roof or is it supposed to ?
