I have been having the same issue for weeks

I have been having this issue for weeks now, but every time I try to participate in a work day with my sim I get an error code. It is only with certain careers that that happens. I'm also unable to place plants in build mode. I've spoke to like 15 EA advisors and none of their trouble shooting has worked. I took all cc and mods out of my game and I am still having this issue. So far I've tried everything it seems like. I deleted cache, local cache, reinstalled, downloaded the legacy edition ( which I don't even think I need) , created a new save, updated my computer, downloaded updated graphics, and the list goes on. Can someone please help me, I'm on the verge of deleting the game entirely. :/

@lamika23 Did you rename your user folder yet and let the game create a new one ?

What's the error code you're getting ?
