I have a problem. i am trying to open sims 4 but i keep getting this error

If this is on origin, then you have to wait, as the servers are down and nobody can do anything. If you have this game on steam, click the steam button in the top left corner and click 'go offline'. You can then launch the game from steam, although the gallery won't work and online play isn't available. But that should be solved soon, so just sit tight.

@869574764  Origin itself is having some issues right now, so this error may simply be a reflection of that.  You can keep an eye on the EA Help Twitter feed for updates:

If anyone here is still getting the error after the Origin issue is resolved, please try clearing Origin's cache:

@zeyneb828 It happened to me too, i play it from steam and it didn't let me open it, but it worked when i opened steam in offline mode and then opened the game. Please fix this, it was the first time that happened to me
