I have Sims4 in my game library on Origin but I have to buy it again

Once I was done playing Sims4 on my PC, I came back a few hours later and tried to open it again on my Desktop and it didn't work. It just took me to the Sims4 store page in Stream after processing for like a second. I downloaded Sims4 when it was free for 23 more hours last night (6/2/22) and It was working fine up until a couple of hours later. I've tried:

- Uninstalling Origin & installing it again;

- Logging out  & then back in again;

- Moving my Sims4 folder onto my Desktop;

- Restarting my PC.

What else should I do? 

I have a HP, Windows 11 PC. (Not sure about the model and details) 

I took a look at the Origin side to it and Sims4 is in my game library but I can't click play or anything. (Check the files attached)

I can see you got it on Steam so you need to start it from Steam not Origin.
