I have Sims3 and Sims4. My mother likes to play Sims3 and I Sims4. All of them are in the same account

Can we play both each different Sims, meant she Sims3 and I Sims4 at the same time?

Any answer I will appreciate it so much.

I don't think so, only one person can be logged in to the account at the same time.

You could ask EA to move the one game to a different account, and give that to your mom.
