I downloaded the sims 3 on the website for the sims 3 but its not on origin

So I just got the sims 3 and I downloaded it on the sims 3 website because that's what the instructions said but now its not on origin so I was wondering how i could get it on origin.

(I don't have a place for the disk)

@kinnie106   Do you have the activation code? If you have not activated the code you need to log in to your Origin account and activate the code. After you activate the code an icon for the game will (should) appear in the Origin library. Once the icon appears you can click the icon to install the game. If you have already entered the code it may take some time for the icon to appear. You may have to log out and close the Origin program and start Origin again and log back in for the is\con to show.
