I downloaded sims4 from cd on pc,After playing for a mo it tells me error [ Edited ]

I downloaded sims 4 on pc from cd without using origin and played for more then 2 months without any problem now when i press to open it EA tells me error you have to play on origin. And i want to ask a question can i play sims 4 for free all the time without paying anything??

Once you have bought the game you can play it for as long as you like there are no extra charge.

For some reason Origin isn't starting. Please uninstall Origin. Then download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/dnk/en-us/store/download
After installation login to the account you have The Sims 4 on. Rightclick the game in your game library and select Repair.

Update: Thx it worked. But why did are all my packs gone? i had every pack and now they are gone.

This is likely a problem with Origins cache. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
