I download Custom Content, but i can't install it via Launcher

Hello. I have The Sims 3, University Life, Pets, Seasons and Generations. I used to install Custom Content but something happened and when i click on downloads, it doesn't load. It takes forever to load. Because of that i can't custom content and i need help
