I don't have my installation code anymore, how do i download??

I just found my old Sims 3 and Sims 3 high end loft stuff exp. pack, I don't have the codes anymore, just the disc... how can i download them???

@destinyymc The discs are generic. Do you have access to a computer it was installed on? Did you ever register the games?
