What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, I'm only missing the Batu one, and Paranormal, Moschino and Tiny Houses stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By looking at my account, I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? Well, I don't have the items even though I pre-ordered the High School Years pack one day before its release.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers should stay inside the bath until their hygiene is full. It's a pretty good idea.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've come today to report the fact that I still didn't receive the bonus items from the High School Years pre-order.
I've waited for the udpates coming after the release, since there was a lot going on, but even though the issue was addressed, I still didn't receive mine.
I will patiently wait for an answer, as I'm sure that something can be done in due time.
