I can't renew my membership cause it pops up error. And when I try to login on my Sims 3 it keeps saying invalid email or password. I have even changed my password and it still says same thing. So why can't I renew my membership and why can't I log in on my Sims 3 community???

@cynthiajones133  Are you saying you can't access your account? Do you have an Origin account? You don't have to renew your account. Your account may have been hacked. Your account may have been banned. As this is an open public forum accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue - link - EA customer service
