@antsrcoom Have you tried clearing the game's cache files? They should be cleared every time you add or remove mods. Things tend to stick in there. Deleting them won't harm the game, just slow it down a little while the game re-builds them. But it's a very good thing to do if you're having problems.
If you really want to test it. This is what you should do...
1. Remove all your mods and CC (move them somewhere else)
2. Clear the game's cache files.
3. Start an entirely new game
See if that works then. If not, you'll want to do a game repair in Origin.
