I cannot play the game

Every time I try to go into the Sims 4, during the portion of the loading sequence when it says "Sims 4" after the EA and Maxis icons, it all of a sudden says "Sims 4 not responding" and kicks me out. I would please like some help fixing this.

Do you have CC?  Remove it and test.

Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

I do not know what CC are/is aside from Cheat Codes, and I do not know how to activate a repair from origin.  Thank you for trying and please continue to help me
