I cannot Get Sims 4 to transfer to my new laptop

Can someone help me!  All of my Sims 4 is on my old laptop.  I cannot get anything to download to my new laptop. There is no help from Customer Service.

@ashlovesnaya  Do you mean the game itself won't download, or your saves and other content won't show up?  If it's the first one, do you get an error when you try to download the game?  Please post a screenshot if so.

For your saves and other content, you'll need to manually transfer over the files from your old laptop.  Origin doesn't store your save data; it stays locally on your computer.
