I can uninstall sims 4 without losing Expansion Packs?

@chloe3984c   You won't loose your saves, and sims, and builds etc that is separate from the game program files, and located in your user folder: The Sims 4. You'll find the folder in Documents>Electronic Arts. It is a good idea to back them up though:

You still own the right to download the base game and any packs you have bought; so you can uninstall the game program files without worry.
