I can't use my custom content after a patch update.

After a recent patch update, my custom content is not showing in game. It is all uploaded to my Mods folder and everything is as it should be, but something is wrong. This has never happened before and there are no other problems that I am having in game. Has anyone else had this problem or are having this problem, and if so, do you know how to fix it?

Are the mods and cc option in game turned on?
