I can't see Sims menu

Hello, I have a problem and I would appreciate if you could help me.

I bought Sims3 Deluxe (Base + Ambitious) week ago, I played it for a wile but now when I enter in my family I can not see menu (wishes,moods,work,inventory,etc..).

Please help me.
