try the cheat resetsim firstname lastname instead of clicking.
That should still work.

What happens ? Do you get an error ?
If they're stuck in a bad place where they can't get out of, it might just be a different issue
In that case, try testingcheats true and then right click (?) on any space outside the area where they are stuck and use teleport here.
