I can't move my sims into a house

Greatt Now im having this problem in 2015 and NONE of this is working

2021, had this problem after editing a pre-existing house. What I did was move the lot in edit world and move them in on the newly moved lot. Afterwards I just put it back in the original spot! Hope this helps
