I can't login to the Sims gallery on ea.com

I can login to the gallery in the game, just fine, but when I try to login on www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/ it just keeps looping me around and telling me I'm not logged in. I was automatically logged in to this forum and, no problem in the game, so it's not an issue with the internet or my connection or my credentials, right?

I used to be able to save stuff from the web gallery and have it available to download in game, but it hasn't worked for about a year or so.

Any suggestions?

I've noticed switching browsers helps. For me Chrome works best to access the online gallery.
