@Shywolf100 I just checked the thesims3.com and thesims.com and they are working. Are you trying to log into a different site? Did you try a different browser?

@Shywolf100 Is your Origin account a child account? Your log in and password to thesims3.com should be the same as your Origin login and password.

I'm having this same problem for the last couple of days and it just relates to my Store Account. I can log into My Page/ Origin/ The Forums ect. but not into the Store. I tried resetting my password and no luck there either. It's obviously a Store glitch.

I'm having the same issue. It happens when I try to download a registration gift like the generation pack, but happens with any of them.
