I can't launch The Sims 4 [ Edited ]

I had some problems when I was gonna start The sims 4, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall sim again hoping that that would solve the problems, but it did not. I still get the same errors up. I

"Uable to start: Initialization error at start up. [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd61]

I have already tried repairing the game two times and opening origin as admistrator. I also tried a clean boot, but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do anymore and it's annoying me.Somebody please help me...
