I can't install sims because my pc shut off half way?

Can someone help me? I have the Sims 3 and about 8 other expansions and I got a new gaming pc for Christmas so I went to put my original sims 3 disk on it and my pc reset itself half way through my installation,so I unilstalled it hoping to re install it again but whenever I put my sims 3 in it just says 'do you want to uninstall?' but I've uninstalled it thousands of times I want to Install it???

Try a clean reinstall following the instructions here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall and here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Help-Guide-All-in-one-fix-except-hardware-issues-PC-only/m-p/734... where it says Delete game installers

Make sure everything Sims is gone from your computer before reinstalling
