I can't install The Sims 3 Town Life because I lost the code

I have just tried to download the sims 3 town life but ive lost the box and product key. I haven't installed it before, does this mean I won't be able to run it? Or is there a way I can download it without the code?

@emmamcevoy159  The only way you can add the pack to your library is if you have a product code, or of course if you buy it from Origin.  So if you can't find that code, you're probably out of luck, unfortunately.  Did you ever install the pack on another computer?  If so, you may still be able to find the code on that computer's hard drive, even if you uninstalled the game.

If that doesn't work, or you never installed it, you could try contacting EA customer support.  It's possible you could convince a support rep to add the pack to your game library, although I wouldn't count on it.  If you still have a receipt, you can upload a photo of it when submitting your help ticket.

@puzzlezaddict I’ve never installed it onto a pc before. I tried contacting EA and they said there’s not much they can do, thank you for the help tho
