I can't get the ghoulish guitar

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? IDK
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have the holiday pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the the sims 4 newsletter.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing i just don't get the ghoulish guitar.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a person with afro playing the ghoulish guitar.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

While trying to get the ghoulish guitar because i don't have it i sign in get the emails but not the ghoulish guitar.

You can't get the guitar if you have a underage account. If you don't have that, please get in touch with a game advisor as they need to check your account.
