I can't get the Grim Guitar

Every time I try to sign up for the emails to get the Grim Guitar in my game it says "ERROR: Sorry, but you do not meet the criteria for registration." I've checked my origin account to make sure my information is all correct and it is. I've continued to try it each day since the announcement but I always get the same error. What do I have to do to meet the criteria? Or is this a glitch?
