I can't get sims 4 game to launch

I'm so pissed I can't find origins number to get help I'm not good with computers and I've uninstalled the game plenty of times tried to play without origins and nothing's working I paid money for this game is actually like to play it this just ticks me off.. I'm not sure what to do it worked until I got to 31 hours played then now the game won't launch and I don't understand why someone please help me cause I'm about to throw my game away and say screw it..

@morganfrantz15 what exactly happens when you try to launch the game? Do you get any errors?

Could you also please provide the following info:

1. What operating system is your computer using?
2. Have you tried repairing the game (right click Sims 4 game tile in Origin client and select 'Repair Game')?
3. Is you game up to date (right click Sims 4 game tile in Origin client and select 'Check for updates')?
4. Are you using any custom content/mods?
