I can't get my Sims 4 to load on I can't play

I have Sims 4 and it doesn't load properly.  When it does load up, the music during loading plays and that's as far as it goes.  You can make them interact nor can you hear them talk. Also, it gets stuck and freezes up.

If you are having this problem using Origin, here is what you should do:

Right click you Sims 4 game icon under the ny games tab in Origin.

A small box will pop up, from there click on REPAIR game.

It will take about a minute, depending on your connection and computer.
