I can't get Origin to let me play, and run Sims 4

I bought Sims 4, got it today. Installed it, and to Origin as well as it said. Then when I click either Icon on my desktop, or the play button in Origin. It won;t do a thing! Please help. Ugh. ASAP. I did restart it as soon as it finished. but still sat when I tried. Does it take a bit to load up the screen for Sims 4? I've played the others..
