I can't find sims 4 to put custom content

Like the title says. I have 3 folder claiming to be sims 4 but none of them have anyway to put custom content on. Brand new laptop, same problem as the old one.

Three folders are too much. There should be only two folders.
First w Program Files (x86), second in Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims4 / Mods.
The mods folder should be in the second folder in Documents.
The other thing is that this folder in Documents will be created after the game is turned on.
