Hello I can't connect to the official website i put my email and pasword and it tells me something like "ops,i come back i've got a problem" and i can't go online to buy new stuff and nothing since so long already so i can't share my sims and nothing online.
My pasword in Origin is correct and i can go ther but not to the sims oficial site to donwload and share nothing.
Someone could please tell me what can i do??
I already changed my pasword of origin but it doesn't work .

Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
If that doesn't help, get in touch with a customer support game advisor
