My account was stolen before from a girl in Canada, She changed all my information and I have finally managed to get it back. I found that "invoicefailed" is when another person has been on your account too many times and I cannot buy any expansion packs. I am trying to get Sims pets for $7.99 but its not letting me and I can't ever get expansion packs if there isn't a sale. Please help me! I really want this expansion pack !
