I can not install sims 4..help

Hi
I have a problem
I was trying to install my sims 4 via origin ( I've got cd), I used code and everything seem good but suddenly it reported me a mistake (it crushed) and then I had to start installing again.. but when I wanted to use code -- the code has been already used 
So I do not know what should I do now bcs my origin game library is empty and my code seems to be useless.
Please help
