I bought the sims 4 premiium addition in store and my babies look like demons

When will we know that the patch is available for the demon looking babies and I dowloaded the discs into my computer and origin loads it . Should i be using the diiscs it doesnt say i need to ... When the patch is available am i gonna need the discs to install it ..... frustrated right now
