I bought the sims 4 i need a refund.

This game is beyond terrible. I bought this on 05/09/2014 and today is the 6th. Apparently i'm not eligible for refund policies or whatever. I want this fixed clearly it hasn't been 24 hours. This game is 2million steps back from the sims 3 i literally bought a 60 dollar game that's worth about 15.
