I bought the sims 3 world from ea but it is not in the game.

I moved from origin to ea.

I bought one world gold edition and two regular editions from ea, but no matter what I do, the world does not apply to Sims 3.

When I try to download from the Sims 3 homepage, I am connected to the ea homepage, but "404 error" appears. Did ea block the download of The Sims 3 World?

They didn't give me a code, but I paid for it at ea, but they said they couldn't refund it.

Where the hell can I download the world?

@hello031  What did you order, and did you buy it within the EA App, or Origin, or on the EA website?  Please also make sure you've loaded the entire message, for example your phone might only load the first part by default.  When viewing the confirmation email I posted in this thread, the code is at the bottom of page two even in a laptop browser window.

By the way, worlds need to be downloaded from the store site:
