I just bought simpoints to buy a new premium store content pack on the Sims 3 website but they have not shown up yet the transaction has gone through because I have checked my credit account and it is $20 less. This used to be instantaneous what happened can someone help me

It took about 10 Mins not the usual time it takes,
If you have this problem also just give it a few minuets like 10-20mins.

I had the same issue but the botton won't let me hit 'me too'

when that happens instead of waiting log out and log back in i guess it's takeing it's time showing up as the servers may be extra busy

I had the Sam issue however it has bean well over 15 and it is still not showing up,help please!

try logging out for a few mins wait about ten mins then log back in if they still haven't showed up contact CS

I am having this issue as well, but it has been two weeks ... I have logged out and back in several times since then, and my points are still not showing up.
