I bought The Sims 3 Dragon Valley and I tried registering it and it keeps saying "the code you entered has already been used. " when the game came new and still had the plastic on it. Please help

@craiccurls Does DV show as owned on thesims3.com my page? Does the world show up in thesims3.com store purchase history? You can only enter the code once.

I put the code into the redeem because when I went to register , it didnt have enough numbers or letters- its missing 4
