I bought SIMS 4 DVD and I can't run the setup

I bought the Sims 4 DVD limited edition and after installing Origin, I cannot install the game from the DVD even if I run the Autorun or the Setup and I don't know why. I'm downloading it from Origin now but still I don't know why I have to download it if I have the DVD . Does anyone have the same problem?

 I'm havign the same problem. I've never had problems installing the sims on my mac.
