I Lost my Sims 3 Disc But i still have My Serial Code for it.

I saved my serial code awhile  ago just in case i wanted to play the game again. Unfortunately in that time i lost the disc and had uninstalled the game. I tried putting my serial code into the redeem product code thing. (  https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/redemption/index?gameId=ebisu&gameId=ebisu&locale=en_US  )

But it says my code has been used. My sims 3 game also came with expansion pack sims 3 supernatural disc (and i have its serial code)  but to even play that it says i must download sims 3 first ( the lost disc). Help?

make sure to uninstall the disk version of whichever game it is your missing before downloading and  installing the digital version and back up your stuff first just in case

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply log in with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download  with the email and password you use for your  account  my games tab right click the game icon download  If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser
