I Keep Getting this Error Code

I Play Sims 4 modded, but after the game updated today, it gave me this error code:  de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b

And here is the odd thing, yesterday it was working fine and now today it's not working. 

I like to note that i have removed my mods folder and the game load up fine, but as soon as i put the mods folder back in, it give me the error code

(i'll also note that i have uninstalled the game 2 times now and it's still coming up.)

as the message says, you have an incompatible mod in your game.

Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.
