Huge house in Sims 4 Willow Creek

I have aa large house that appeared in the middle of Willow Creek blocking several houses and I can't get it out of the way. If I enter one of the lots it is on the house is showing and blocking everything.

Did you try to place a house or what did you do when this happened ?

Are you using mods/CC in your game ?
