I Just purchased a new computer and didn't trust any of my old sims files because my old computer was corrupt. I didn't want to drag and drop any program files over.
Instead I want to reinstall all my sims fresh. So I logged into my origin and found my sims 4 accessible but my expansion packs are not there. So, I attempted to re enter the product codes but obviously it just looks like someone else is trying to use my product code. But the problem is it is me, just a new computer. The other computer will be put into storage forever. I am not sure how to get my expansion and stuff packs back without having to purchase them again.
