How to "Upgrade your registration for The Sims 3 Community!" [ Edited ]

Hello,

I bought the game (and an extension) online so the keys have been registered automatically (from what the FAQ is stated)

I tried to find a key or else to register but... nothing really convincing..

And so I can't buy anything built by a player without getting the following error message:

Upgrade your registration for The Sims 3 Community!"

You must be a game-registered user to use certain community features.

Purchase one of our games by visiting your local retailer or by browsing our Games Page.

Already own a Sims 3 game? Please register your game and get full access to the site's features."

It would be much appreciated to get some help on this matter.
