How to make sim 4 recognise graphic card?

I actually have no clue how to fix this. 

How do I make sim 4 recognise my graphics card? 

My laptop is brand new btw and I just started downloading it. When I opened sim 4, the first thing it shows me is "unrecognize graphics card.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series and my device has Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620

Please help me. This is very frustrating.

@Al3xisSt0ne   You will need some information you can get from running the dxdiag command. how to post your dxdiag and attach the txt file to the paper clip in the lower right of the response window. Once you have the information you will have to edit the .sgr file located in the games core file folder. This is a txt file that you can edit with notepad.
