I've been having problems with the servers for Origin since I bought the Sims 4 three days ago. It won't let me download an update, and I'm unable to play the game. I have spoken to three different Live Help agents, who have told me to do three different things, as well as repeating all of the same steps over and over, and I am completely fed up because nothing works.
My computer is less than 6 months old and I know for a fact it's not that, because I have no problems with downloads in any other programs. I paid $90 for this game and I'm beyond annoyed.
Origin is not working, and no one from EA seems to know how to fix it. I want to make a complaint to EA but I can't seem to get any kind of response from any boards I've posted on.
Any Ideas?
