I need serious help. I had to restart my computer it signed me out of my origin. I tried signing in with my user id on origin but I couldnt get in . so I used my email . prior I never connected the internet only to install it months ago. I finally connect the internet bc I have a virus protected on it and it says my game wasn't with that account and asked to put the code or use a different user id . its saying the code is used with a different account !! I don't understand. I am 100% sure I don't have two accounts. I'm a huge simmer and im literally having a break down ( as pathetic as it sounds) how can I get a new code for all my games now ? I have sims 3 starter , sims 3 pets . sims 3 island paradise. Sims3 generations ! Like I'm so mad!
