How to get back purchased expansion packs?

I own every expansion pack except for Island Living, Vampires, Romantic Garden, and Spooky. But when I started up my game it showed that I no longer owned any of the expansion packs I have purchased, and that I had to buy them again. How do I fix this problem? I love playing the Sims 4 but I do not have the money to buy back all the expansion packs I once had, and I do not want to waste money by buying it again when I technically already own them. So please if anyone can help me with my situation it would be greatly appreciated.

- Log in (top right corner) with Origin credentials

- Click on Sims 4, then follow by choosing PC(?) >> technical problem >> then Downloads >> then select contact option

- On the next page click on + by the chat option, fill what's necessary so EA support will contact you through chat
