How to get Sims 4 to recognize my Graphics Card?

Hey there, 

I (again... like with Sims 3 where I've still not found a solution) have the problem that on my new laptop the Sims 4 doesnt wanna recognize my Graphics Card. 

Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L-50 B-181

Drivers have been updated

OS: Win 8.1 64bit

Intel® Core™ i7-4500U Prozessor der 4en Generation mit Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 
1.80 / 3.00 Turbo GHz
3rd level cache : 4 MB
RAM: 16 (8 + 8) GB
DDR3L RAM (1.600 MHz) 
Capacity: 1 TB 
U/Min : 5.400 U/min
AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 Graphics 
2GB dedizierter VRAM 
DDR3 Video RAM 

I already tried to make the Sims 4 use the AMD but after swiching to the high processor it still just doesnt want to use it in game and I can just play with middle video settings -.- 

Not that bad at this point but when there will be EPs released I suppose the game will start crashing like Sims 3 still does.  

Do I have a little chance that editing the .sgr files will solve this problem? Or should I rather try something else to force the game to use my better graphics card?

Just because the game says that it doesn't recognize the graphics card doesn't mean that the game don't use it. It didn't recognize mine either and that is in a stationary and is the only one I've got
